Yes, the ad must be clicked to can earn, it is a CPC network, not a CPM!

I think also individual users can make some serious money, if they have enough users who will click their ads. No, unfortunately not any of them is offering a Wordpress plugin, you must add them manually on each page. But you can use them together with Adsense, and with any other CPC or CPM networks!

About the changings I know only a single thing: if you are logged in into any of your Google accounts, for example gmail, when you are doing the search, your page will show always in the first page. And if you are logged out, your page is showing in his real place: maybe in the first page, maybe not!
