That's what it seems like to me. Twitter had some promise but people just got carried a way with the bots and spam. It isn't really useful anymore for anything but entertainment.

If they send you spam, stay away. I have never gotten anything good from a site that sends me mail that I didn't ask for.

I'm always wary of the "pay to make money" type programs. The only one making money are the ones getting the $25 up front. Everyone else is just losing money.

Google hangouts look like they have the potential to be a huge money maker with the right strategy. Online seminars are an immediate idea but there has got to be some other way to monetize this.
