What do you mean by you wouldn't risk this many backlinks?

So is it best not to stuff your keywords? I read on one site that you want 4-5 keywords for every 100 words you have.. I'm assuming thats the 5% you were talking about? It seems hard to do, and sounds unnatural. How do you get around this?

Has this worked for anyone? I've got a twitter account with many followers... just need to get it set up and started now. Can someone post how to get started with this? Thanks

Has anyone had any luck with Amazon starting out? I've read reviews and it said that is a good aff to start with.. I built a site around Amazon products (review site) and am just now starting to get some traffic.
