I haven't heard of it, but my first question would be is the money worth the time and effort that you would have to put into it? If it's staged, then they will most likely want it staged well and a good video takes some time to produce.

How is Cloud Crowd hard to navigate? They only have 5-6 categories and they are all under four or five tabs. One that clearly states AVAILABLE WORK. I don't get the navigation issues.

Paid Forum Posting is looking for 25-50 word posts that seem natural and most likely will be a post that the next person will be able to add something to the thread. If they think your application post look forced, they will assume that your regular posts will also.
