I dont know of too many ref links being followed when they are posted with no information attached. Also, if you are interested in having search engines index your posts to bring you more traffic nasiruddin, new and original information about your topic is all that is required.

Checking normal domain names will reveal redirects if they are being used. But your link is not the type of URL I was referring to. I meant cloaked links like bit.ly links where you cant tell the final destination.
