Hi glad you could join the forums. Yes there are forum guidelines at this link viewtopic.php?f=2&t=257 if you need a read. Simply stay on topic and read the forum rules in any forum you are posting in are about the only tips I have.
Your other topic viewtopic.php?f=19&t=490 was moved to MOC FORUM HELP as it was a general help question.
