Have Any Of These Converted To Sales

I know that some people like to pay for the targeted traffic. However, do these sales really convert to sales or not? I have always heard to avoid them because they normally are non-converting views. Anyone have good experience with this?

I haven't tried them because I'm afraid I'll just be wasting money from those. Doing natural SEO is still effective though so there's really no need to pay for stuff with less guaranteed promises on results.

Yes they have and do convert to sales. The page you send your hits to and what you have on offer will more determine your end sales conversion rate. Some marketers do it well with the highest conversion rates. Why do you think they want mega traffic in the first place?

For me it's working. I am always purchasing advertising in some new and cheap PPC sites, and even the users of these sites are paid for clicking my site, they are also spending some time in my site, they are joining some of my affiliate banners - I am fully satisfied with this paid traffic!

I think it all depends on what type of "Paid Traffic" offer you go for, because there are surely ones that do not deliver on their promises. It is a case of finding the ones that are worth paying for, which is the "story of online business", I guess?

I agree with you there, and its the story of any online service. What works for some doesn't mean it will work for you.

I used one called revisitors before and I did not even get them on the site long enough to register a bounce rate! However, I knew they were present on the site because of the server stats.
