MOC forum avatar size limit changes

This is a general notification about an increase to the minimum and maximum size limits for your forum avatar.

You can upload a .JPG file for your avatar after you gain 'regular poster' rank.

OLD Maximum dimensions; width: 100 pixels, height: 100 pixels.
OLD Minimum dimensions; width: 50 pixels, height: 50 pixels.

CURRENT Maximum dimensions; width: 125 pixels, height: 100 pixels.
CURRENT Minimum dimensions; width: 75 pixels, height: 75 pixels.
Maximum file size: 500.00 KiB.
