I decided to upgrade the forum search here at MOC, and all of the new features are now complete. Re-coding the search result pages was a much bigger and more complicated formula than I first thought, so, many programming hours were spent, and I'm well pleased that it's finished! Searches are very fast and the new functionality provides combining features to help you find exactly what you are looking for.

You can now search author ID numbers from the advanced search, and also, directly from the search results page. Advanced search features like the sorting of results - changing, adding, or modifying keywords - searching for author names and using * as a wildcard - viewing all or any of the keywords - changing the viewing mode between topics view or posts view - and more, can now be done from the results page itself. Moneyoncomputer.com has produced this one-of-a-kind search functionality for a better search experience for our forum users. Moderators can also use the new search features to greatly aid forum moderation requirements. A few examples of the new search interface are shown below.
