Lost connection to MySQL server - system error: 111

"Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111"
Here is a screenshot of the actual error that was received today for the first time.
If you do receive this error, basically it is only a connection error, not an error with the database data. The answer is to reload the page later; there is nothing I can do to fix the connection error as it is to do with our web-host. Should you receive this error please try to load the site at a later time. Please let us know in the help forums if you have any other issues here.
