Blogger's Affiliate Program

Anyone here do blogs on blogger? I've found if you have adsense activated with your blog that you can put affiliate ads up of what you are talking about in your posts. I was really excited about this because of a newer blog I've started about Monster High. However when I went to add products there was very few options.

Can you only add products from a couple sites with the program? Kohl and the other site do not have much at all available, I would have imagined it would have Amazon on there or something.

The link nasiruddin provided is an example of what not to do with advertising. I only say that because with the amount of advertising methods he uses on the site, not too many people are going to return to be bombarded with ads and pop-ups. So it is worth a look for that very reason, what not to do. Some methods he uses may be useful, but there really needs to be a cut off point nasiruddin.

Yeah I'm not visiting nasiruddin, just linking and leaving is spam to me and I won't give the site a visit because of it. Too bad no one has really answered my question period -.-.

I actually like nasiruddin's blog! It's actually really unique. It is not the most user friendly site as far as content goes, but it's like stepping back into the oldschool style of website design, and it has improved from the first time I looked at it.

gothini, I am not a blogger user either or I would have answered you myself, and answers can sometimes take a while especially as MOC is such a new forum with some mega extreme competition out there.

Reality is, a forum can take 5 to 10 years to become big. But if I am not satisfied with growth in 5 years, I'm selling the forum for 5 million and packing my bags, got a trip to the Amazon waiting for me and my son ;)

I wasn't expecting an answer quickly I was just expecting posts to be informative to my question since they were on this thread lol.

I'm not sure if there is or not I haven't signed up with amazon's affiliate program yet I'm still slowly getting into affiliate programs really.

once you are accepted onto the amazon associates program, whenever you visit amazon there is a little bar at the top of your window, and on the bar it says "link to this page" if you click that it gives you the html to paste onto your blog, it's really simple :)

This is a little old thread though, if you're still in need and struggle of finding good affiliate products you're promoting on your site, then just check this out for your reference, or anyone in the same trouble or need, in order to reach out to broader products lines and ranges.
