CashGopher

Unread postby » genieswish » Thu, 7 June 2012, 12:00 pm | #1 of 12 |

Opinions on this please :?

earning potential - over $10 and under $1000 a year, not very exact is it? lol

You download the software and it does "stuff" on your computer while it's idle - like testing website speed and things. I'm not TOO worried about the safety of it as it's owned and operated by the same crowd that owns mylot..
but i think the spam and pop ups may get out of hand though, will run it for a day or so and give you all a better idea of what's involved

http://www.cashgopher.com/?id=120400 you get commissions for referrals too :)

I have never heard of CashGopher. I am looking for new programs to promote. I really don't like the idea of downloading software on my computer though. There is always a risk when it comes to that. Have you made any money?

I've heard of cashgopher, its run by the people who own mylot I think. I had it running on one of my computers for a few months and made like .50. That computer crashed and burned and I haven't re-installed it on this computer. If anyone has any better reviews let me know, I'd be will ing to give it a try again.

I tried this a couple of months ago and it's not doing me any good. I wonder if I'm doing it wrong. I downloaded it and for some reason it ain't generating me any income.

I don't think the payoff which isn't even clear would be worth the potential risk. After reading reviews it seems that many so called paying and legitimate programs which require you to download something are infact harming your computer and installing spyware. Personally I don't think a few cents or dollars are worth wrecking your computer. I'd steer clear from this opportunity at least until I knew more about it.

I agree tajnz, and no difrancprod i doubt you are doing anything wrong, the pay seems a pittance - and even less if you are outside the USA, but it's money for nothing so we can't be too choosy LOL

I also installed and used CashGopher a few years ago. I didn't earn anything, only a few cents, but my computer got viruses and finally crashed. After reinstalling all things on my computer, I did find a very bad review about CasGopher - guess where? In MyLot! Many users of MyLot, who tried CashGopher, has very bad reviews about it. They said that CashGopher installed an unwanted add on on their browser and that add on made their computers slowly, full with viruses and malware. When I checked my computer, the add on was there, of course! I uninstalled the add on and CashGopher too - after this my computer runs very well, like before.

I have been tempted to try Cash Gopher, but was always worried about viruses. I can't afford to have my PC crash over some stupid chump-change program that isn't worth my time anyway. It's good to know I made the right decision by not installing the software. In fact, I try to avoid all sites that involve downloading software.

Better than CashGopher is en.20dollars2surf, at least it doesn't contain viruses and malware, and you only need to keep a small 468x60 banner in your desktop to earn; you can drag-and-drop this small banner in the bottom-right corner and it doesn't harm for your desktop visibility! I am using it from about 2 years, and it makes me a monthly $10 passive income - because the referral earnings are also 10 levels deep :)
