From the very limited information, it sounds like you would offer your page to certain businesses to advertise by writing something about them or maybe they will place an ad on your page. But, they are only going to take you up on the offer if you appear to have a very popular page.

But, it's hard to get much information out of the OP, they still haven't quite grasped how this site works.

Its not like doing and offer and get paid,it takes time and depends upon own.

Well, that does look interesting and something that may be worth investing time into if you have a Twitter account. All they want are people willing to look at their sites and I guess after that, it's on the site owner to keep the visitors.
