Which links (follow or no follow) are better for getting

I know that do-follow links are better for getting my website ranked higher in Google. However, my question is for external links - from my blog.

I write a blog and I include links to websites with high DA (above 70). I am doing this to show Google first of all that my content is related to this industry from the links, but also to establish high authority for my website.

So, should I use no follow or followed links? I heard that if I have lots of external links, the effect could be opposite.

Both are equally important for a webpage. Do follow helps to rank keywords whereas no follow helps to drive traffic to your website.

For proper search engine optimization of your website, you will need both follow and nofollow back links mixture, If you do not already know, then i can tell you nofollow backlinks are used to pass traffic from one site to another, they do not pass any link juice, while dofollow back links pass link juice and can help you to rank at top position in the search engine ranking.

hii,
A no follow link is a link that does not count as a point in the page's favor, does not boost Page Rank, and doesn't help a page's placement in the SERPs. No follow links get no love. Theirs is a sad and lonely life. The no follow tag is basically a notice sign for search engines saying “don't count this.”

Both - Dofollow & Nofollow links should be created. Dofollow links have more weightage but this does not make Nofollow links useless
