When website gets penalized, we should analyze the website and find the reason of penalized. If it is because of content, we should check our content and replace it. If it is about backlinks then we must get the backlink list and disavow them if the are bad links.

Check your drawbacks and analyze it. The search engine penalizes your website only where there is a big mistake.

If website got penalized, we should analyze our website, it's backlinks and content. Try to understand what is the proper reason and should rectify it.
