This site is built on a weebly sitebuilder, i was going to move it to wordpress this week - do you think it will affect the rankings if i start messing about?

I would be careful messing about, it can take time to recover. Money On Computer website started as a wordpress blog. I had page 1 Google for how to make money online among others. Now I've closed the blog, and what I did to the search engines was work them overtime, and it's been fun!! htaccess, redirects, 401, 403, 404 custom page control I needed to implement to recover the situation. After 6 weeks with the forum up I am back on page 2 for the same search, but will be page 1 again soon for that search and many others!

So I'm saying, it's not nice to lose something like that, but it is good to work at getting it back again.

And with that being said, the decision will be yours, with no other influence from me

What was a worry at the time and lasted for about a week, even searching money on computer which I get p1#1 for (under the sneaky Google ads that look like search results!!) was completely non-existent! If your going to change site wide directory structure, completely, it's best to be prepared to implement the directions needed for the transition to apply as smooth as is possible.

errr - i might need to do a bit of reading before meddling!

Great job!! What program do you use to check this results? I am looking for one which can do this, but have not found anything yet.
