Hi,

I know that you should have backlinks to have a good ranking on search engines, but how do you check if it is working? Is there a website to check or do you check on Analytic if a lot of people arrive on your website by searching keywords?

There are actually many online programs that check your page ranking for you.

http://www.prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php enables you to check the current pagerank of your web site instantly and they have a tool you can add to your page for checking page rank

http://www.checkpagerank.net/ is to check the sites you visit and their validity as it determines if a domain name's Google PageRank is valid or fake.

I have used the Mikes tools in the past. They work out fairly well if you know what you are looking for. If you are not sure what you are looking for, though, it can be impossible to fully utilize the tools.

There are various tools available for checking page ranking and you check the ranking for keywords through Google Webmasters tools. There are paid tools like AHREF Position Explorer etc.

I check and find whether there is improvement in the keyword, even finds whether there is change in SERP of the website. The back links which I have obtained traffic from helping me to find the rank websites.

Keyword rankings can be checked using SEMRUSH.
