Move your cursor on the link right click on the click,now inspect element option will be shown in the bottom next just click on it ,now if you see rel "no fallow "then that means it is no fallow. if it shows nothing it is do fallow.

Do follow and no follow are link attributes and can be checked using various online tools and also by checking the webpage source.
