Hi and thanks for the question. I think you are talking about your signature links? After you have made 3 successful posts, you will be able to edit your signature with up to 3 signature links. When posting links in the forums, read the forum rules as affiliate links are only acceptable where it states it as so.

Thanks, MOC.

if you are going to benefit financially from someone clicking on the link then its referral or affiliate :)

The best service I use to check links is LongURL because they are really fast and they successfully check practically every link I Expand. I dont click on shortened links unless I check them out there first. I have just added a quick link for LongURL to the bottom of all posts. You can always follow shortened links when you are sure they are safe! 8-)

Checking normal domain names will reveal redirects if they are being used. But your link is not the type of URL I was referring to. :) I meant cloaked links like bit.ly links where you cant tell the final destination.

No in most forums here you cannot delete your own posts. So if you double post, or have other reasons why you would like one of your own posts removed; your best option is to report your own post using the correct reporting option.

The report icon is located at the top right corner of every post.

Before posting, check the forum rules and guidelines. I think this will prove beneficial.
