I have made a little of blogging but not anything like that amount. You say you heard it may take a year to make money, it could take a few years to make anything substantial it's a tough market to get into and be successful running it as a business.

I believe it is struggling to make ground and I don't know if they are listening but the fees are too high your loosing people ebay!

I'm posting the free ads and have been getting some leads which is good so I will keep with the free ones for a while

I would say just start slow. It is easy to become burnt out especially as you have little ones, so just go slow and if blogging is for you, things will fall into place. It can be a challenge but depending on the pay and activity of the site it sounds like it's worth a look and it makes me think of the how to install windows pdf's, helpdesk management modules and graphs etc. I had to do when I was studying, writing someone else's self help guides can be a real pain!

The link nasiruddin provided is an example of what not to do with advertising. I only say that because with the amount of advertising methods he uses on the site, not too many people are going to return to be bombarded with ads and pop-ups. So it is worth a look for that very reason, what not to do....

I think your onto something here MOC. I haven't done these tests before but I will start to pay attention now. Maybe you should do some testing on other computers that you've never logged into (like at a library or on a friends computer) and with other browsers like firefox to see what happens.

I have tested different computers and browsers and I get different results too pretty weird.

That would be a great investment, I really wish I had some free cash to invest.
