I had a bit of a read about it, and by all accounts a zebra algorithm update simply does not exist. It was made up by some SEO guys on social media as a bit of a joke after penguin and panda, about what the next black and white algorithm update animal could be. Of course talk of zebra grew and spread from there, so it's not confirmed or denied information supplied from Google, it's just rumors...

To test if the results are different, first check that you are not logged in to your Google account on either browser. Clear cookies, cache and all prior browsing history. Also possible is that your location is being determined while using one browser and not the other. Hope that will help katherinetkey :)
