I saw this website on easyhits4u. I couldn't signup because the person who listed it do not have a referral code with it. The site is by invitation only. Does any know about this website? Or are they currently using it. I would like to signup.

Never heard of it, but since I have a pre-paid plan where I have to pay to receive a text, I think I'd be better off giving this a miss. Might be good for those with an unlimited plan though.

I did a little more research and found a blog that detailed this site. (Bloggers are so great!) Anyway, the author was listing the details of the company and the pros and cons. It did state that they couldn't find any proof that people have been paid. There are sketchy details about who owns the company. And then there was a concern of privacy with your cell phone number and who really would be using it. Those things kind of turned me off. I don't want to be bombarded with sales calls.

ye i read a couple of reviews too after your post - seems like the most you would get is around $7 a month max - and payment is via alertpay, I always hear little alarm bells if they won't use paypal as an option, It's probably not worth it.

It would be great if it was legitimate but sadly it seems like it might not be. Also $7 a month seems a little low. If it was $7 a week via PayPal I would've been interested. I also agree with genieswish it's seems a little dodgy if they offer alertpay or payza as most legitimate programs pay via PayPal. I'd also be concerned that I might be charged to receive texts from them.

The only way I would feel comfortable doing this is if I was sending texts through my Google Voice number. If they allow that...and start to use PayPal, I'll look at it again, but until then, this thread is enough for me.

If the payment is not by PayPal I do not do the site. I have found many of the scam sites are going to use the Alertpay or other sites which try to provide PayPal like support, but they are nothing more then a scam because they cannot get into PayPal and pass what they are requiring.

I'm not worried about the site being a scam, I just don't want all sort of payment processors connected to my bank accounts. So, it's either PayPal or Amazon Payments for me.
