On first look it seems great (too good?) you get $2 for signing up and $1 for everyone that signs up under you.
This is screaming scam, but I'm not sure how - is it just email harvesting?
! The grammar on the site is very poor - doesn't look professional
! They ask for payment email - but you don't specify if its paypal, payza, money bookers, ect...
! They say you can get paid monthly (if you have min $10 in your account) via cheque if you wish - but there's nowhere to add your address LOL
There's not much chance of me getting 7 more sign ups with my sales pitch so can't tell you if I get paid out or not LOL

I think you found a great email harvester here! Sorry I won't be signing up for this one under your referral link or any other, cause if it smells fishy, it's probably dead fish! 
ah well maybe the next one will be holding my pot of gold LOL
1 big successful product or service launch is all you need to turn that frown upside down lol.
