Tu peux commencer par regarder sur des plateformes comme Malt ou Upwork pour des freelances, ou sur Clutch pour des entreprises spécialisées. Sinon, LinkedIn est aussi une bonne option pour trouver des pros dans ta région.

At Impero IT Services, we have seen this firsthand with several of our clients mainly SMEs who initially hesitated due to budget constraints, but once they invested in software customized to their workflows, the ROI was significant.

One of our UK-based clients in the logistics sector was struggling with off-the-shelf software that couldn't adapt to their internal process flows. We built them a custom logistics management platform that automated 70% of their manual coordination, integrated live tracking, and synced with invoicing tools. Within 6 months, they reported:

- 40% faster delivery coordination
- 50% fewer customer complaints
- & reduced overhead by ~25%

If anyone’s looking to build or even just validate an idea with a dev team that’s worked across fintech, logistics, edtech & SaaS platforms — feel free to reach out. Happy to share what’s worked and what to avoid.
